Carl Patterson is a proven graphic design professional who, throughout his career, has developed, executed and managed innovative branding & marketing strategies and programs that have driven leads, growth, and profitability for the companies he has served.

Prior to founding AMG in 2002, Carl was the Marketing Manager for HKX, Incorporated, a hydraulic kit manufacturer in Monroe, Washington. There he was director and designer for the company's marketing vehicles such as websites, advertising, technical publications, trade shows as well as HKX's customer/vendor relationships including Komatsu, Hitachi, LBX, JCB, Hyundai, Daewoo, and others. Prior to HKX, he was the Lead Graphic Designer & Consultant for Lambson Lithographics in Wenatchee,Washington. He was responsible for producing numerous collateral pieces to corporate identities for clients. Prior to Lambson, Carl was the advertising & graphic designer for the Grant County Journal newspaper in Ephrata,Washington. Carl has also been an active freelance designer since 1994, producing numerous identities, brochures, etc. for various businesses and organizations.

Carl has won numerous design awards from various associations and competitions. He is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Artists since 1992 and the Business Network International (BNI), Wenatchee Valley Chamber of Commerce, Wenatchee Downtown Association, GWATA and Northwest Entrepreneur's Network. He actively attends industry, business and technology related conferences and trade shows. Carl graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle. He attended Ephrata High School in Ephrata, Washington. Currently, he resides in Wenatchee with his wife, Libby and daughters, Emma and Hannah.
